Specification sheets and documents
Specification sheets for each series are sent as PDF on request, because the sheet that matters is the one matching the revision you will receive. Certificates and test reports for procurement go out the same way.

Warranty and service
Every machine carries a warranty against manufacturing defects, and service does not stop when it ends. Wear parts — blades, cutting strips — are consumables and are priced separately.

Blades and spare parts
A dull blade does not fail loudly — it starts tearing hard-coated film and you blame the film. Keeping a spare blade set on the shelf is the cheapest maintenance there is.
