Hardness film cutting · 3–9H

H310 PRO Series

The PRO pair. 3–9H hardness film cutting in a 215 mm deep body — less counter for the same bed width, with dual-band WiFi.

210 – 290 mm Max cutting width
±0.1 mm Cutting accuracy

Two widths, one cutting system

Both machines stand 215 mm deep, so the wider bed costs width rather than counter depth. The head, the blade set and the software are the same on either.

H310 PRO

  • Max. media width290 mm
  • Max. cutting width210 mm
  • Product size550 × 215 × 185 mm
  • Net weight7 kg

A 550 mm machine on a 215 mm footprint — narrow enough for a crowded counter, and the shortest of the two to find room for.

H390 PRO

  • Max. media width370 mm
  • Max. cutting width290 mm
  • Product size630 × 215 × 185 mm
  • Net weight8 kg

The wider PRO bed, for large-format hardness film and shops that cut a whole device range on one machine.

How it works

Cutting head

The same head, in a tighter frame

1500 g of blade pressure and ±0.1 mm accuracy, driven by a stepper motor over a 500 mm/s pass. The blade holder is changed by hand, with no tools and nothing to recalibrate afterwards.

Control

Dual-band WiFi, on-board screen

The machine joins both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, which matters on a shop floor where 2.4 GHz is already crowded. The 7-inch touch screen holds the job queue when the network does not.

Common questions

The five that come up before a first order.

What does the 215 mm body actually buy?
Counter space. Both PRO machines stand 215 mm deep and join 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks. The head, the blade set and the 3–9H capability are shared with the rest of the range.
What are the two bed sizes?
H310 PRO takes 290 mm of film and cuts 210 mm wide on a 550 mm body; H390 PRO takes 370 mm and cuts 290 mm on a 630 mm body. Going wider costs width, not counter depth.
Why does dual-band WiFi matter?
Shop floors are crowded at 2.4 GHz. Joining 5 GHz as well keeps the job queue moving, and when the network drops the 7-inch screen holds the queue locally.
Does changing a blade need tools?
No. The holder comes out by hand and nothing needs recalibrating afterwards.
What is the warranty?
One year. Blades fall outside it, as consumables do on any cutting machine.
