Specifications, availability and pricing shown on this site may change without notice. Images are illustrative: finish, packaging and accessories can differ between production runs. The specification sheet issued with your order, not this website, is the binding description of what you receive.

Orders

An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Lead times are estimates unless they are confirmed as fixed in the order confirmation.

Intellectual property

The text, images, layout and documentation on this site belong to us or our licensors. The Purcell name and logo are our trademarks. You may quote or link to these pages; you may not republish them as your own or use them to train a competing product listing without written permission.

Warranty

Machines carry a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Wear parts — blades, cutting strips and similar consumables — are excluded. Warranty claims need proof of purchase and are handled through the dealer or directly with us. The applicable period is stated in the order confirmation; see support.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production, lost profit or damage to material being cut. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods giving rise to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong.
